Horizon Europe partner from Croatia

Omnia Solutions d.o.o. is an SME consultancy from Zagreb, Croatia, that prepares and implements projects funded from EU and national sources. We are looking to join Horizon Europe consortia as a partner, taking on exploitation, impact assessment, cascade funding (FSTP) and project management tasks.

Horizon Europe is a new programme for us. Our experience comes from more than 130 projects under EU funds and financial instruments, with a total value of submitted projects above EUR 65 million and more than EUR 20 million in grants secured for clients.

What we can do in a consortium

Exploitation and business planning

Exploitation plans, business models and routes to market for project results.
Market analysis and financial projections, building on our work on business plans and investment studies for development bank loans and EU-funded investments.
Links between project results and follow-up financing in Croatia, from EU cohesion funds to national loans and tax incentives.

Impact assessment

Indicator (KPI) frameworks linked to the expected outcomes and impacts of the call.
Monitoring of results and impact during the project and reporting on progress.

Cascade funding (FSTP)

Design and management of open calls for third parties: rules, eligibility criteria, call publication and applicant support.
Organisation of the evaluation process and monitoring of supported third parties, drawing on our team’s experience in evaluating and contracting EU-funded business projects in public administration.

Project management support

Support to the coordinator in administrative and financial management, reporting and compliance with EU rules.
Organisation of events and B2B meetings for stakeholders.

Our team

Davor Nikolić, MSc in Political Science, co-founder and director. Worked on the implementation, evaluation and contracting of EU-funded business projects at the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Crafts from 2014 to 2018, and has since taken part in preparing and implementing European and international projects worth more than EUR 60 million. Doctoral candidate in International Relations at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ljubljana.
Matija Vlahovski, MSc in Economics, co-founder and director. Expert in financial modelling and business financing. Has taken part in more than 90 projects, through which clients were awarded more than EUR 12 million in grants and more than EUR 2 million in tax incentives.
