IMPORTANT<\/em> Because the funds have been used up, HAMAG-BICRO (Croatian Agency for SMEs, Innovations and Investments) stopped accepting applications for investment loans under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NPOO) on 24 March 2026 at 9:45. The Croatian Agency for SMEs, Innovations and Investments announced on its website (hamagbicro.hr) on 13 March 2026 that Investment Loans from the NPOO<\/a><\/strong> (Investicijski zajmovi iz NPOO-a) were once again available to entrepreneurs, in amounts of up to EUR 100,000 at an interest rate of 0.8%<\/strong>. The loans are intended for investments in the green and digital economy and for strengthening competitiveness.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

An allocation of EUR 10 million<\/strong> was available to entrepreneurs, and the entire process of processing applications and disbursing the loans was to end no later than 30 June 2026<\/strong>, or once the allocation has been used up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The programme was announced to reopen on 17 March 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
