{"id":1141,"date":"2026-01-20T13:47:10","date_gmt":"2026-01-20T12:47:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/omniasolutions.hr\/?p=1141"},"modified":"2026-02-02T13:53:28","modified_gmt":"2026-02-02T12:53:28","slug":"eu-integrator-call-launched-applications-open","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/omniasolutions.hr\/en\/eu-integrator-call-launched-applications-open\/","title":{"rendered":"EU \u201cIntegrator\u201d Call: Grants from 300,000 to 820,000 EUR"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Project proposals can be submitted from <strong>5 May 2026 at 11:00 (CET)<\/strong> until the available budget is exhausted, following the <strong>\u201cfirst come, first served\u201d<\/strong> principle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within the <strong>Competitiveness and Cohesion Programme 2021\u20132027<\/strong>, the call for project proposals <strong>\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/eufondovi.gov.hr\/poziv\/?id=8429cf0a-4d19-4aff-be28-874ea9dc420b\">INTEGRATOR<\/a>\u201d<\/strong> (Call ID: PK.1.3.08) has been officially published.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Objective of the Call<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projects must be implemented through a <strong>partnership<\/strong>, consisting of <strong>at least two partners<\/strong>, all of which must be <strong>micro, small, or medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>total budget allocation<\/strong> for this call amounts to <strong>\u20ac13,868,360<\/strong>, while <strong>individual grants range from \u20ac300,000 up to \u20ac820,000<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who Can Apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eligible applicants and partners are <strong>micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises registered in Croatia<\/strong>, operating within one of the <strong>S3 thematic priority areas<\/strong>, such as health, smart energy, smart mobility, security, food and bioeconomy, wood, digital products, and digital platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each consortium must consist of <strong>at least three independent SMEs<\/strong>. Linked or partner companies within the same corporate group are <strong>not allowed<\/strong> to form a consortium together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Applicants must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>be registered for at least <strong>12 months<\/strong> prior to submission,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>employ at least <strong>one full-time equivalent (FTE)<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>have a <strong>positive EBITDA<\/strong> in the year preceding the application,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ensure that project costs are <strong>not double-financed<\/strong> from other EU or national public sources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Timeline and Project Duration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Applications can be submitted from <strong>5 May 2026 at 11:00<\/strong> until the available budget is exhausted, and no later than <strong>31 December 2026 at 11:00<\/strong>, following the \u201cfirst come, first served\u201d approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This means that <strong>timely preparation is crucial<\/strong>. Even high-quality project proposals submitted too late may remain unfunded if the allocation is already exhausted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>maximum project duration is 36 months<\/strong>, and project activities must <strong>not start before the application is submitted<\/strong>. Applicants are also required to ensure the <strong>sustainability of project results for at least three years<\/strong> after project completion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligible Activities and Costs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The core of the call focuses on <strong>process and organisational innovation within consortium members<\/strong>, supported by activities aimed at <strong>adapting innovative products or services to market requirements<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Main Activity Groups<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Innovation of business organisation and\/or processes<\/strong> within SMEs<br><em>(mandatory core activity, TRL 7 or higher)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Market adaptation of innovative products or services<\/strong> with a high level of technological readiness<br><em>(supporting activity)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Other supporting project activities<\/strong>, such as promotion, horizontal principles, project management, and market analyses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If a product does not reach <strong>TRL 7<\/strong> at the time of application, development up to that level must be financed by the applicant\u2019s own resources. Only activities from <strong>TRL 7 onwards<\/strong> are eligible for co-financing under this call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligible Cost Categories<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eligible costs include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>personnel costs (salaries of project staff),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>depreciation of equipment and infrastructure,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>contracted research, know-how, and patents<br><em>(up to 20% of total project value for contracted research)<\/em>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>indirect costs up to <strong>15% of eligible direct personnel costs<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>patent-related costs, innovation consultancy services, and services provided by research and innovation organisations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>de minimis costs<\/strong> related to project management, application preparation <em>(up to \u20ac50,000)<\/em>, marketing, testing, design, promotion and visibility, and activities related to horizontal principles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>maximum aid intensity<\/strong> amounts to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>up to <strong>50%<\/strong> of eligible costs for process and organisational innovation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>up to <strong>50%<\/strong> for SME innovation activities,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>with additional <strong>de minimis support of up to 75%<\/strong> of eligible costs for specific activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Benefits for Potential Applicants<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>\u201cIntegrator\u201d<\/strong> call is particularly relevant for companies that already have a <strong>developed or nearly market-ready innovative product or service<\/strong> and are seeking entry into <strong>larger value chains<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instead of the traditional \u201cone company \u2013 one project\u201d approach, this call promotes the creation of <strong>consortium-based ecosystems<\/strong> that are attractive to <strong>medium-sized and large integrators<\/strong>, both domestically and internationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For SMEs, this means:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>co-financing of <strong>strategic transformation of business processes and organisation<\/strong><br><em>(digitalisation, automation, lean processes, certification, etc.)<\/em>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>strengthening market position through <strong>long-term supplier contracts<\/strong> with integrators,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>access to <strong>new markets and scalable sales<\/strong> through existing integrator channels,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reduced commercialisation risk for innovations, supported by a significant share of non-repayable funding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For medium-sized and large companies acting as integrators, the call represents a tool for <strong>partner-based solution development<\/strong> with SMEs and for strengthening their own value chains through innovative and often more agile suppliers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How Can Omnia Solutions Help?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Omnia Solutions d.o.o.<\/strong> advises companies on the preparation and implementation of complex innovation projects financed through EU funds.
