We are looking to join Horizon Europe consortia as a partner, taking on exploitation, impact assessment, cascade funding (FSTP) and project management tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Horizon Europe is a new programme for us. Our experience comes from more than 130 projects under EU funds and financial instruments, with a total value of submitted projects above EUR 65 million and more than EUR 20 million in grants secured for clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we can do in a consortium<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exploitation and business planning<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Exploitation plans, business models and routes to market for project results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Market analysis and financial projections, building on our work on business plans and investment studies for development bank loans and EU-funded investments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Links between project results and follow-up financing in Croatia, from EU cohesion funds to national loans and tax incentives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Impact assessment<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Indicator (KPI) frameworks linked to the expected outcomes and impacts of the call.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring of results and impact during the project and reporting on progress.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cascade funding (FSTP)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Design and management of open calls for third parties: rules, eligibility criteria, call publication and applicant support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organisation of the evaluation process and monitoring of supported third parties, drawing on our team&#8217;s experience in evaluating and contracting EU-funded business projects in public administration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Project management support<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support to the coordinator in administrative and financial management, reporting and compliance with EU rules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organisation of events and B2B meetings for stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Thematic areas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Digital, Industry and Space (Cluster 4):<\/strong> digitalisation of SMEs, Industry 4.0 and 5.0, adoption of artificial intelligence in industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Food, Bioeconomy, Natural Resources, Agriculture and Environment (Cluster 6):<\/strong> agriculture, food processing and rural areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Climate, Energy and Mobility (Cluster 5):<\/strong> energy efficiency, renewable energy and the green transition of industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Innovation ecosystems and Widening participation:<\/strong> SME innovation and regional innovation ecosystems.
