HBOR does not prepare them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>HBOR forms:<\/strong> loan application, investment tables, statements on eligibility, size, aid and related persons, and data on beneficial owners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Investment Notice:<\/strong> submitted before the investment starts; the loan application is submitted within 6 months of the Notice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>For modernisation loans:<\/strong> the loan reimburses only costs incurred after the Notice or the application and paid after the loan approval decision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Example: PG Orehovec, Veliki Bukovec<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For PG Orehovec, which raises and processes poultry, we prepared the application for HBOR&#8217;s Loan for Production Modernisation. Costs incurred before that are not eligible, and for modernisation loans only costs paid after the approval decision are reimbursed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Do I need a business plan or an investment study?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For an investment of up to EUR 400,000, a business plan on the HBOR template is sufficient. Larger investments require an investment study.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I apply for a modernisation loan if I am not in manufacturing?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No, that programme is intended for activities in section C (manufacturing). Other HBOR programmes exist for other activities, e.g. Private Sector Investment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Is approval automatic if I meet the conditions?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No. The loan decision is made by HBOR.
