Omnia Solutions Ltd., Utinjska Street 3F/2, 10000 Zagreb, OIB: 52948904178 (hereinafter referred to as “Omnia Solutions”) respects your privacy and the security of your personal data. The collection, use, and processing of your personal data are carried out in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act (NN 103/03, 118/06, 41/08, 130/11, 106/12), as well as other applicable regulations in the Republic of Croatia governing the protection of personal data.
The privacy of our clients is important to us, so we take all necessary measures to preserve the confidentiality of the data voluntarily provided by you as a user of our website. Please periodically review the privacy policy regarding possible changes.
User Consent and Withdrawal
Omnia Solutions collects personal data from users that they voluntarily provide. By accepting the Terms of Use of Omnia Solutions, which includes this Privacy Statement and Data Protection, the user is considered to have given their consent and explicitly expressed their intention to allow the processing of their personal data for the purpose of using the services offered by Omnia Solutions. The user may withdraw their consent at any time by providing written notice.
Data Controller
Omnia Solutions is the data controller of your personal data.
The Privacy Policy applies to all personal data of users that we collect and process, either directly or through our partners.
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural or legal person.
Data processing includes any action performed on personal data, such as collection, storage, use, access, and transfer of personal data.
This Policy does not apply to anonymous data. Anonymous data is information that cannot be linked to a specific individual or legal entity.
What type of data do we collect?
Omnia Solutions collects all personal data that accumulates when users utilize the services offered by Omnia Solutions (website) and interact with Omnia Solutions. Only personal data that is essential for achieving the purpose for which users use the provided services will be collected, and its scope will not exceed what is necessary to achieve such purpose.
This includes:
- Data entered by users through online forms or provided through other means while using Omnia Solutions services (such as by phone or email), including personal information (name, address, phone number, date of birth, gender, payment details, etc.),
- User data that is submitted or automatically generated (such as the date and time of service usage, current and previously visited pages, IP address, browser-related information, device identifiers, current location if provided, etc.),
- Interaction data if available without the installation of additional programs on the user’s computer (such as mouse movements and clicks or keystrokes on the website),
- Personal data generated by Omnia Solutions or third parties (such as passwords),
- Correspondence and other communications with users (such as email, phone conversations, which may be recorded if necessary, etc.).
What is the purpose of data processing?
Omnia Solutions may use the user data it collects or that is collected on its behalf for the following purposes:
- Provision of services offered by Omnia Solutions,
- Preparation of various types of statistics related to, for example, the level of user interest in a product and service comparison or other services offered by Omnia Solutions,
- Maintenance and development of customer relationships,
- Ensuring the security and availability of Omnia Solutions’ systems and data, as well as its service providers,
- Corporate transactions carried out by Omnia Solutions that may impact user data,
- Prevention, detection, and prevention of any abuse,
- Responding to legitimate official inquiries or inquiries related to proving claims or other legal disputes involving Omnia Solutions or in which Omnia Solutions is involved.
Further purposes may arise from specific circumstances or legal obligations, or may be necessary as part of collecting relevant data.
Leaflets, Brochures, and Marketing Communication
In relation to the services offered by Omnia Solutions, Omnia Solutions may periodically send leaflets, brochures, or other content (of commercial nature) to the address or contact number of any user who has registered their email address or any other electronic address or mobile phone number with Omnia Solutions. By registering, users give their consent to receive such brochures and content. However, they can inform Omnia Solutions at any time and free of charge if they no longer wish to receive or be informed about the above-mentioned materials.
Are any data being disclosed to third parties?
With the exceptions mentioned below, Omnia Solutions generally does not disclose any personal data to third parties:
Omnia Solutions may engage third parties to process personal data on behalf of and solely for the business purposes of Omnia Solutions (e.g., market research institutions). Omnia Solutions will take appropriate measures to ensure that such third parties process the data only in the manner authorized by Omnia Solutions. Omnia Solutions may disclose personal data to third parties if requested by its user (through registration, quotation request, etc.), if defined in the contract concluded between the user and Omnia Solutions for the purpose of providing a complete service, if otherwise necessary to provide the requested service to the user, or if Omnia Solutions has expressly informed the user about the fact that their data will be disclosed. In exceptional cases (e.g., abuse), user data may be disclosed to third parties for other purposes specified in this data privacy statement or for purposes required by law. Omnia Solutions cannot control, guarantee, or warrant that third parties comply with data protection rules applicable to Omnia Solutions; they process data for their own purposes, which may also take place abroad where different regulations apply. Omnia Solutions may disclose personal data to third parties if required by law.
Furthermore, Omnia Solutions may disclose anonymized user data to third parties. Such data is in a form that does not allow third parties to identify the relevant users or is unlikely to do so.
All employees of Omnia Solutions and business partners are responsible for complying with privacy protection principles through contractual relationships with Omnia Solutions and affiliated companies.
Where and how are the data stored?
In the context of data storage or processing, Omnia Solutions applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized or otherwise unlawful processing. These measures are subject to regular review and are modified as needed. This also applies to third parties responsible for managing the systems.
Personal data is stored in a form that allows the identification of users and no longer than necessary for the purpose for which the data is collected or further processed.
We use various security measures, including encryption and authentication, to protect and maintain the security, integrity, and availability of your data.
Among other things, we implement the following measures:
- Strictly limited personal access to your data based on the principle of “need to know” and solely for the purposes you have been informed about.
- Secure transmission of collected data.
- Ongoing monitoring of access to IT systems to detect and prevent the misuse of personal data.
How long are your data retained?
We store and process personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill a specific legitimate purpose, unless applicable regulations prescribe a longer retention period for a particular purpose. In the case of providing consent for marketing, we retain the data until consent is withdrawn. In the case of rejected offers where no marketing consent is given, we retain the data related to the offer for one year, and if you request deletion, it will be immediately erased.
Personal data that is no longer needed is either irreversibly anonymized or securely destroyed.
Questions and suggestions, requests for information, corrections, or deletions
The user has the right to withdraw consent for the processing of personal data at any time and request the cessation of further processing, except in cases of data processing for statistical purposes, where personal data no longer enables the identification of the individual to whom it relates. The user also has the right to request the correction or amendment of personal data provided for processing.
Withdrawal of consent or requests for correction or amendment of personal data should be submitted in writing via email to info@omniasolutions.hr or to the postal address: Utinjska ulica 3F/2, 10000 Zagreb. The user has the right to explicitly object to the processing of their personal data for marketing purposes, and in such cases, personal data relating to them will not be processed for that purpose. The objection to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes should be submitted in writing via email to info@omniasolutions.hr or to the postal address: Utinjska ulica 3F/2, 10000 Zagreb. All other questions, suggestions, and comments regarding the processing of personal data are welcome.
Anyone who believes that their rights guaranteed by this Law have been violated can submit a request to establish a violation of rights to the Personal Data Protection Agency.
