A Croatian company specialized in the preparation and implementation of projects financed from national and EU funds

Davor is an expert in the preparation and implementation of projects co-financed by national and EU funds, with a focus on innovation, entrepreneurship, and the industrial sector. He graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences at the University of Zagreb, majoring in Public Policy, Management, and Development, and continuously improves his skills through education and seminars in various areas of interest (e.g., project management and project risks, development and management of innovations, emerging technologies, etc.). He has also passed the state professional exam.

He began his professional career in 2011 in the media industry, after which he continued to build his business experience at the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Crafts as an advisor in the Minister’s Cabinet. From 2014 to 2018, he worked as a senior expert advisor in the EU Project Implementation Service within the Directorate for EU Projects of the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship, and Crafts.

In addition to implementing EU projects with a focus on those in the entrepreneurship, research, development, and innovation (RDI) sectors, during his work in public administration, Davor also worked on evaluation and contracting of entrepreneurial EU projects.

Since mid-2018, Davor has been working in the private sector, in a consulting firm specializing in the preparation and implementation of EU and international projects, and has also worked on organizing international conferences and B2B meetings as part of various export initiatives.

As a project manager, by the beginning of 2025, Davor participated in the preparation and implementation of European and international projects with a total value of over 60 million euros.

Since 2025, he has been an external member of the European Affairs Committee of the Croatian Parliament.

Matija is an expert in financial modeling, consulting and lending to business entities and effectively guides and informs clients about the possibilities of applying to various EU tenders, new and attractive financial instruments and tax benefits based on new investments.

With more than 10 years of work experience, including over 4 years of experience in the consulting industry, Matija started his career in the world of consulting as a financial advisor, then progressed to the positions of senior consultant, head of the financial sector and finally project manager, and from 2023 continues his career as a partner and co-owner in Omnia Solutions d.o.o.
In the position of project manager, he worked mainly in the areas of the Investment Promotion Act (tax incentives based on new investments), HAMAG and NPOO loans, HBOR investment studies, ESIF loans for growth and development, EU projects related to innovation, research and development, and large tourism projects within NPOO (hotel construction, hotel reconstruction, reconstruction of accommodation facilities within the treatment center, reconstruction and modernization of camps, etc.). He participated in the preparation and implementation of more than 70 projects (total value 50+ million euros), which resulted in the awarding of more than 10 million euros in grants and the approval of more than half a million euros in tax credits to clients.

Matija also has many years of previous experience in the banking sector, working as a Client Relations Manager in the SME segment at Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. where he worked on the preparation of credit proposals, as well as experience in running his own company in the tourism sector, which has been successfully operating since 2013.

Matija graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, majoring in Business Informatics, and graduated from the Business School, majoring in General Management within Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. He has a HANFA license, which further confirms his top consulting skills and expertise in the field of finance and insurance.
